"This place is where all the bills are presented and voted into law for the entire country. All the states are represented and have an equal say on all topics and regulations. Some days are better than others for each political party or individuals who work there. It is the arena where the President, Supreme Court Justices, the House, and the Senate converge to discuss bettering the country. We all need each other. And this painting represents how beautiful and grand our country is."
